Whether you’re an avid athlete or a fitness first-timer, FitCAMP provides exactly the push you need to reach your ultimate health and fitness goals. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Fitness Trainer, Kellie Pioch.

St. Pete FitCAMP is an outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional guidance and motivational training. FitCAMP is the ultimate total body workout. These outdoor, heart-pounding workouts are challenging, fun and designed to get you to the next level of fitness! FitCAMP provides a well-rounded, cross-training approach that maximizes your fat-burning potential while keeping boredom at bay. No two workouts will ever be the same!

FitCAMP will help you move out of your comfort zone and push you beyond what you think you might be capable of doing.  The results are life changing: A fit, toned body, increased self-confidence, and improved strength and endurance, not to mention new friendships made along the way.

 

BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE

This program also emphasizes accountability. Unlike classes at the gym, your participation will be expected for every single session. That means if you’re a no-show without a valid excuse or continually arrive late, you can expect to do a few extra push-ups, laps or lunges. You can count on your instructor to be by your side at every step, challenging you to push harder. Nobody is ever left behind. In addition, Kellie will help you learn how to incorporate healthy eating habits into your lifestyle with easy tips and guidance.
 
 
 
QUALITY INSTRUCTION AND MOTIVATION
FitCAMP is designed to be a combination BootCamp style class and a Total Body Toning class. For those looking for the intensity of a Bootcamp, this is for you. For those that may be intimidated by a Bootcamp style class, this is for you as well. FitCAMP focuses on challenging the individual based on your current fitness level. Your instructor is not a “drill sergeant” type. She will work you hard based on motivation and intensity instead of pain or punishment. Your instructor is a fitness expert who uses an approach of encouragement and enthusiasm to pull the best performance possible out of every participant. Kellie will always be available outside of class via phone or email to answer your questions, comments or concerns.
 
 
CHALLENGING, VARIED WORKOUTS
Your energy level will get a jump-start and you’ll burn extra calories throughout the day. Plus, we make sure you never get bored: Workouts are challenging but fun and change every day.

Kellie Pioch, Certified Personal Trainer

Kellie’s passion for health and fitness led her to become an ACSM certified personal trainer and an AFAA group fitness instructor. Having been in the fitness industry for nearly 9 years, Kellie has come to specialize in Fitness Boot Camps. Kellie has been featured on Tampa Bay’s Channel 10 in a weekly segment called the “FITNESS MINUTE” and has appeared on Home Shopping Network as a Fitness Expert / Guest Host. Kellie’s goal is to reach and influence as many people as possible when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle: Or simply put – to get them to MOVE THEIR BODIES! She also believes many people who are already exercising are not getting the most out of the current fitness routine. She will teach you to exercise smarter not harder. Kellie has helped many people achieve their fitness goals. Kellie’s philosophy is “You only have one body to get you through your lifetime. Make taking care of it a priority!
